How it works
Reserve online → we email you a confirmation → visit the Center within 7 days to sign and activate → your rate is locked.
Reservation Rules
Reserve online
Fill out the form to claim a spot. You only need to confirm by email; no payment is taken online.
Get your voucher
Your confirmation email includes a unique QR code voucher and a 6-character code. Save this email; you'll need it at the front desk.
Visit within 7 days
Show your QR code (on your phone or printed) at the Fittopia Fitness Center front desk within 7 days. Staff scans the code and finalizes your membership signup. Bring photo ID.
Past 7 days? Spot released
If you don't redeem within 7 days, your spot returns to the pool. You can reserve again if spots remain. Use the reschedule link in your email if you need a different visit window.
Rate locked for life
Once you sign, your rate is locked for as long as you stay continuously enrolled. Even when we raise prices for new members, yours stays $45 bi-weekly.
One per person
Limited to the first 50 new members, one founder rate per customer. Existing members are not eligible.
Terms & Conditions
This offer is available for a limited time and subject to availability. Fittopia reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. This promotional rate applies to the initial 6-month commitment. After this period, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis at the promotional rate until you provide cancellation notice. Cancellation requires 30 days notice per our standard membership agreement. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts. All standard Fittopia member terms apply. Fittopia reserves the final right to interpret all promotion terms.
